I forgot my signature PIN.

Your signature PIN is created when you create your signature in the Employee Portal and used to sign evaluations and contracts. If you forgot your PIN, please submit a ticket to have it reset. I highly recommend you use a combination of 4 digits you will remember (last 4 of you SSN, Cell, Home Phone, Year of Birth, Wedding Anniversary etc).
